Returns a list of the available solution stack names, with the public version first and then in reverse chronological order.

SolutionStackDetails.member.N

A list of available solution stacks and their SolutionStackDescription.

Type: Array of SolutionStackDescription objects

SolutionStacks.member.N

A list of available solution stacks.
