eb appversion lifecycle

Description

Displays the version policy for your Elastic Beanstalk application or opens the policy in the default editor so you can modify it. Learn more at Configuring Application Version Lifecycle Settings.

Syntax

eb appversion lifecycle

eb appversion lifecycle [-p | --print]

Display the current lifecycle policy for the application.

Common options

Output

The command without any arguments displays the current lifecycle policy for the application in the default editor. Use the -p or --print option to display the current lifecycle policy for the application.

Examples

The following example prints the current lifecycle policy for the application (the policy shown has the default policy values for MaxAgeRule and MaxCountRule).

$ eb appversion lifecycle -p
