AWS::Pinpoint::App

An app is an Amazon Pinpoint application, also referred to as a project. An application is a collection of related settings, customer information, segments, campaigns, and other types of Amazon Pinpoint resources.

The App resource represents an Amazon Pinpoint application.

Syntax

To declare this entity in your Amazon CloudFormation template, use the following syntax:

Name

The display name of the application.

Required: Yes

Type: String

Update requires: Replacement

Tags

An array of key-value pairs to apply to this resource.

Type: Array of Tag

Update requires: No interruption

Return values

Ref

When you pass the logical ID of this resource to the intrinsic Ref function, Ref returns the unique identifier (ApplicationId) for the Amazon Pinpoint application.

Fn::GetAtt

The Fn::GetAtt intrinsic function returns a value for a specified attribute of this type. The following are the available attributes and sample return values.

Arn

The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the application.

Id

The unique identifier for the application. This identifier is displayed as the Project ID on the Amazon Pinpoint console.
