Update your password in Amazon Settings

You can update your password in Amazon Settings.

To update your password in Amazon Settings
  1. Open Amazon Settings at https://settings.aws.com.

  2. In the main navigation pane, choose Manage security and sign-in.

    You'll be redirected to your Amazon Builder ID profile.

  3. For Authorization, choose Update password.

  4. For Current password, enter your current password.

  5. For New password, enter a new password.

    Amazon requires that your password meet the following conditions:

    • It must have a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 128 characters.

    • It must include a minimum of three of the following mix of character types: uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and ! @ # $ % ^ & * () <> [] {} | _+-= symbols.

  6. For Confirm new password, enter your new password.

  7. Choose Update.
