Elastic Load Balancing SOAP API

We have deprecated the SOAP API for ELB. As of January 15, 2017, we no longer support SOAP requests. If you make a SOAP request, you will receive the following response:

Client.AccessDenied: SOAP is no longer supported

We recommend that you use the Query API for ELB, the Amazon CLI, or one of the Amazon SDKs. For more information, see Accessing ELB in the Elastic Load Balancing User Guide.
