A scoring strategy of the evaluation form.

The scoring mode of the evaluation form.

Allowed values: QUESTION_ONLY | SECTION_ONLY

Required: Yes

The scoring status of the evaluation form.

Allowed values: ENABLED | DISABLED

Required: Yes
