Deploying the CloudWatch agent and the X-Ray daemon

This section explains how to deploy the CloudWatch agent and the X-Ray daemon. You can deploy the agent and the daemon in the following environments:

  • Amazon ECS or Fargate

  • Amazon EKS or Kubernetes hosted on Amazon EC2

  • Amazon EC2
