DisassociateResolverQueryLogConfig

Disassociates a VPC from a query logging configuration.

Note

Before you can delete a query logging configuration, you must first disassociate all VPCs from the configuration. If you used Amazon Resource Access Manager (Amazon RAM) to share a query logging configuration with other accounts, VPCs can be disassociated from the configuration in the following ways:

  • The accounts that you shared the configuration with can disassociate VPCs from the configuration.

  • You can stop sharing the configuration.

The request accepts the following data in JSON format.

ResolverQueryLogConfigId

The ID of the query logging configuration that you want to disassociate a specified VPC from.

Type: String

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 64.

Required: Yes

ResourceId

The ID of the Amazon VPC that you want to disassociate from a specified query logging configuration.

Type: String

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 64.

Required: Yes

ResolverQueryLogConfigAssociation

A complex type that contains settings for the association that you deleted between an Amazon VPC and a query logging configuration.

AccessDeniedException

The current account doesn't have the IAM permissions required to perform the specified Resolver operation.

This error can also be thrown when a customer has reached the 5120 character limit for a resource policy for CloudWatch Logs.
