

# Billing and Payment
<a name="billing-and-payment"></a>

Amazon Web Services in China is priced and billed in local currency (CNY). Each month, Amazon Web Services in China sends an invoice to the email address of the account owner. You can also view your Amazon Web Services in China bill on the **Bills** page of the Amazon Billing and Cost Management console. You use Amazon Web Services in China resources first and then receive an invoice based on usage. You can then pay using either wire transfer or Corporate Bank Redirect.

Note that some features described in the Amazon documentation might not be available in the current Amazon Web Services in China release.

Unavailable features in the billing console include:
+ Payment profiles
+ Backup payment methods

In the case of Amazon Billing and Cost Management, the free pricing tier is included in the China (Ningxia) Region.

## Amazon Cost Explorer
<a name="cost-explorer"></a>

 Cost Explorer is a tool that enables you to view and analyze your costs and usage. You can view data for up to the last 12 months to forecast how much you’re likely to spend for the next 3 months.

Some feature APIs listed under Amazon Cost Explorer API are currently not available in the China Regions. Unavailable features include:
+ Account name dimension in Cost Category Rules.
+ Chatbot feature is not available for Amazon Cost Anomaly Detection

## Amazon Budgets
<a name="aws-budgets"></a>

You can use Amazon Budgets to plan your service cost and usages, as well as reservation coverage and utilizations. With Amazon Budgets, you can receive alerts when your cost and usage exceeds your defined threshold, or is forecasted to exceed thresholds.

Some feature APIs listed under Amazon Budgets are currently not available in the China Regions. Unavailable features include:
+ Service Control policies (SCPs) budget action type
+ Legal entity and invoicing entity dimension filters

## Amazon Cost and Usage Report
<a name="aws-cost-usage"></a>

The Amazon Cost and Usage Reports (Amazon CUR) contains the most comprehensive set of cost and usage data available in Amazon. You can use Amazon CUR to publish your Amazon Web Services billing reports to an Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) bucket.

When you create an Amazon CUR for China Regions, you can only create buckets in cn-north-1 (Beijing) and cn-northwest-1 (Ningxia).

## Tax Settings
<a name="tax-settings"></a>

For each Amazon Web Services in China account you create, you can enter your tax information on the Tax Settings page of the Amazon Billing and Cost Management console. In addition to providing your name, business information, and address for tax purposes, you also specify the type of VAT invoice you want to receive from Amazon Web Services in China.

To enter your tax information:

1. Sign in to the Amazon Web Services Management Console, and choose your account name in the top navigation bar.

1. To open the Amazon Billing and Cost Management console, choose ** Billing & Cost Management**.

1. In the Amazon Billing and Cost Management console, choose **Tax Settings** and then follow the instructions on the page.

## ICP Recordal
<a name="icp-license"></a>

To use Amazon Web Services in China to host or distribute content publicly, you must complete the Internet Content Provider (ICP) recordal process. You can start the ICP recordal process through the Amazon Billing and Cost Management console. You will be redirected to a third-party site that handles the process.

To file for ICP recordal:

1. Sign in to the Amazon Web Services Management Console and choose your account name in the top navigation bar.

1. To open the Amazon Billing and Cost Management console, choose ** Billing & Cost Management**.

1. In the Amazon Billing and Cost Management console, choose the ICP recordal link, and follow the instructions on the page.

## Amazon Price List API
<a name="price-list"></a>

The Amazon Price List Bulk API enables you to query for the prices of Amazon Web Services services by using either JSON or CSV. Amazon prices change periodically, such as when new services or features are launched or Amazon changes prices. You can receive Amazon Simple Notification Service notifications by using the following topic ARN:

 `arn:aws:sns:us-east-1:278350005181:price-list-api-china`

The Amazon Price List Query API provides a centralized and convenient way to programmatically query Amazon for services, products, and pricing information.

When you call the [ListPriceLists](https://docs.amazonaws.cn/aws-cost-management/latest/APIReference/API_pricing_ListPriceLists.html) API operation, the `CurrencyCode` must be `CNY`.
