# Savings Plans in Amazon Web Services in China

 Savings Plans offer a flexible pricing model that provides savings on Amazon usage. You can save on your Amazon compute workloads in exchange for a commitment of using a specified amount of compute power (measured per hour) for a one or three year period.

## Region availability
<a name="feature-regions"></a>

 Savings Plans are available in the following regions in China:
+ Beijing Region
+ Ningxia Region

## How Savings Plans differs
<a name="feature-diff"></a>

The following differences apply to Savings Plans:
+  Savings Plans in China have two separate endpoints:
  + Beijing Region: savingsplans.cn-north-1.amazonaws.com.cn
  + Ningxia Region: savingsplans.cn-northwest-1.amazonaws.com.cn
+ Compute Savings Plans apply to eligible usage within the boundary of each specific Region.
+  SageMaker Savings Plans are not available.
+  Savings Plans commitments are made in CNY/hr.
