Launching Amazon CloudShell on the Console Toolbar
Amazon CloudShell is a browser-based, pre-authenticated shell that you can launch directly from the Amazon Web Services Management Console on the Console Toolbar. You can run Amazon CLI commands against services using your preferred shell (Bash, PowerShell, or Z shell).
You can launch CloudShell on the Console Toolbar using one of the following two methods:

Choose the CloudShell icon on the lower left of the console.

Choose the CloudShell icon on the console navigation bar.
