# Getting started with Amazon Web Services Support
<a name="getting-started"></a>

Amazon Web Services Support offers a range of plans that provide access to tools and expertise that support the success and operational health of your Amazon solutions. All support plans provide round-the-clock access to customer service, Amazon documentation, technical papers, and support forums. For technical support and more resources to plan, deploy, and improve your Amazon environment, you can choose a support plan for your Amazon use case.

**Notes**
To create a Amazon Web Services Support interaction to use AI-generated troubleshooting to resolve your issue, and optionally create a support case, see [AI-enhanced troubleshooting in the Support Center Console](ai-enhanced-support.md).
For more information about the different Amazon Web Services Support plans, see [Compare Amazon Web Services Support plans](https://www.amazonaws.cn//premiumsupport/plans/) and [Change Amazon Web Services Support Plans](changing-support-plans.md).
Support plans offer different response times for your support cases. See [Choosing an initial support case severity level](case-management.md#choosing-severity) and [Understanding Amazon Web Services Support response times](case-management.md#response-times-for-support-cases).
