# Using Amazon DevOps Agent with your Amazon Web Services Support plan

Amazon DevOps Agent is an AI-powered operations teammate that investigates incidents, recommends preventive improvements, and handles on-demand SRE tasks across your Amazon Web Services account. If your account is on an eligible Amazon Web Services Support plan, you can enable Amazon DevOps Agent directly from the Support Center Console.
