Checks if EC2 ENIs managed by users have source/destination check enabled. The rule is NON\_COMPLIANT if source/destination check is disabled on these ENIs for 'lambda', 'aws\_codestar\_connections\_managed', 'branch', 'efa', 'interface', and 'quicksight'.
