Checks if Amazon ElastiCache replication groups have encryption-at-rest enabled. The rule is NON\_COMPLIANT for an ElastiCache replication group if 'AtRestEncryptionEnabled' is disabled or if the KMS key ARN does not match the approvedKMSKeyArns parameter.
