Checks if the S3 bucket has lock enabled, by default. The rule is NON\$1COMPLIANT if the lock is not enabled.

**Parameters:**

mode (Optional)Type: String  
mode: (optional): A mode parameter with valid values of GOVERNANCE or COMPLIANCE.
