Configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement

Before you can use Amazon Glue to transfer data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, you must meet these requirements:

Minimum requirements

The following are minimum requirements:

  • You have a Salesforce marketing account.

  • You have a licensed Account Engagement plan for the Salesforce account.

  • You have synced the Salesforce user with the Account Engagement user.

  • You have created a new connected app under App Manager to obtain OAuth Credentials.

If you meet these requirements, you’re ready to connect Amazon Glue to your Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement account.
