Update a topic using the Amazon Web Services Management Console

  1. Sign in to the Amazon Web Services Management Console, and open the Amazon MSK console at https://console.amazonaws.cn/msk/home?region=us-east-1#/home/.

  2. In the list of clusters, choose the name of the cluster containing the topic you want to update.

  3. On the cluster details page, choose the Topics tab.

  4. Select the topic you want to update, then choose either Edit partition settings or Edit configurations from Actions.

  5. Update the partition count or configurations as needed.

  6. Choose Save.
