# Amazon Batch (`awsbatch`)

**Amazon ParallelCluster CLI commands for Amazon Batch**

When you use the `awsbatch` scheduler, the Amazon ParallelCluster CLI commands for Amazon Batch are automatically installed in the Amazon ParallelCluster head node. The CLI uses Amazon Batch API operations and permits the following operations:
+ Submit and manage jobs.
+ Monitor jobs, queues, and hosts.
+ Mirror traditional scheduler commands.

**Important**  
Amazon ParallelCluster doesn't support GPU jobs for Amazon Batch. For more information, see [GPU jobs](https://docs.amazonaws.cn/batch/latest/userguide/gpu-jobs.html).
