Amazon Redshift will no longer support the creation of new Python UDFs starting Patch 198. Existing Python UDFs will continue to function until June 30, 2026. For more information, see the blog post .

Updating a snapshot retention period

To update a snapshot retention period, perform the following procedure.

To update a snapshot retention period

  1. On the Amazon Redshift Serverless console, choose Data backup.

  2. Choose a snapshot to update.

  3. Choose Actions, Set manual snapshot settings.

  4. Choose a retention period. If you choose Custom value, choose the number of days.

  5. Choose Save changes.
