To get help from SAP, SAP requires, at the minimum, a business support agreement with Amazon. [Amazon Business Support](https://www.amazonaws.cn/premiumsupport/business-support/) provides resources and technical support for customers running SAP workloads on Amazon. If you have any Amazon-related technical issues, you can open a case with either SAP or Amazon, and it will be routed to the appropriate teams. Amazon also offers [Amazon Enterprise Support](https://www.amazonaws.cn/premiumsupport/enterprise-support/) for customers running mission critical production workloads on Amazon.
