Amazon CloudFormation resources generated when AWS::Serverless::SimpleTable is specified

When an AWS::Serverless::SimpleTable is specified, Amazon Serverless Application Model (Amazon SAM) generates an AWS::DynamoDB::Table base Amazon CloudFormation resource.
