Get started with Amazon SAM by reviewing and completing the topics in this section. Amazon SAM prerequisites provides detailed instructions on setting up an Amazon account, creating IAM users, creating key access, and installing and configuring the Amazon SAM CLI. After completing the prequisites, you’ll be ready to Install the Amazon SAM CLI, which you can do on Linux, Windows, and macOS operating systems. Following this tutorial will walk you through the process of creating a basic serverless application with Amazon SAM.
