The Amazon Snowball Edge device is shipped from and delivered to an Amazon data center. The prepaid shipping information on the E Ink screen on the device includes the address to return the Amazon Snowball Edge device. The shipping speed for the return matches the original shipping speed when you received the device. You can track status changes using the Amazon Snow Family Management Console, and track the package's progress through your region's carrier.

Unless instructed otherwise by Amazon, never affix a separate shipping label to the Amazon Snowball Edge device. Always use the shipping information that's displayed on the Amazon Snowball Edge device E Ink display.
