Effective November 7, 2025, Amazon Snowball Edge will only be available to existing customers. If you would like to use Amazon Snowball Edge, sign up prior to that date. New customers should explore Amazon DataSync for online transfers, Amazon Data Transfer Terminal for secure physical transfers, or Amazon Partner solutions. For edge computing, explore Amazon Outposts.

Updating the Amazon OpsHub application

To verify that automatic updates are enabled for Amazon OpsHub

  1. On the Amazon OpsHub dashboard, choose Preferences.

  2. Open the Updates tab.

  3. Verify that Automatic updates enabled is selected. Automatic update is enabled by default.

    If Automatic updates enabled is not selected, you will not get the latest version of the Amazon OpsHub application.
