AWSConfigRemediation-EnableEbsEncryptionByDefault
Description
 The AWSConfigRemediation-EnableEbsEncryptionByDefault runbook
                enables encryption on all new Amazon Elastic Block Store (Amazon EBS) volumes in the Amazon Web Services account and
                Amazon Web Services Region where you run the automation. Volumes that were created before you run
                the automation are not encrypted.
