Service quotas - Tagging Amazon Resources and Tag Editor
Services or capabilities described in Amazon Web Services documentation might vary by Region. To see the differences applicable to the China Regions, see Getting Started with Amazon Web Services in China (PDF).

Amazon has moved Tag Editor tag management functionality from the Amazon Resource Groups console to the Amazon Resource Explorer console. With Resource Explorer, you can search and filter resources and then manage resource tags from a single console. To learn more about managing resource tags in Resource Explorer, review Managing resources in the Resource Explorer user guide.
