Overview

This module provides a client for making API requests to AWS IoT Events Data.

Aws::IoTEventsData::Client

The Client class provides one-to-one mapping for each API operation.

ioteventsdata = Aws::IoTEventsData::Client.new(region: 'us-east-1')
ioteventsdata.operation_names
#=> [:batch_put_message, :batch_update_detector, :describe_detector, :list_detectors, ...]

Each API operation method accepts a hash of request parameters and returns a response object.

resp = ioteventsdata.batch_put_message(params)

Aws::IoTEventsData::Errors

Errors returned from AWS IoT Events Data are defined in the Errors module and extend Errors::ServiceError.

  # do stuff
rescue Aws::IoTEventsData::Errors::ServiceError
  # rescues all errors returned by AWS IoT Events Data
end
