Creates and persists an Application resource.

Note:

For .NET Core this operation is only available in asynchronous form. Please refer to CreateApplicationAsync.

Parameters

request
Type: Amazon.AppIntegrationsService.Model.CreateApplicationRequest

Container for the necessary parameters to execute the CreateApplication service method.

Return Value


The response from the CreateApplication service method, as returned by AppIntegrationsService.

Exceptions

ExceptionCondition
AccessDeniedException You do not have sufficient access to perform this action.
DuplicateResourceException A resource with the specified name already exists.
InternalServiceErrorException Request processing failed due to an error or failure with the service.
InvalidRequestException The request is not valid.
ResourceQuotaExceededException The allowed quota for the resource has been exceeded.
ThrottlingException The throttling limit has been exceeded.
UnsupportedOperationException The operation is not supported.
