Creates an image builder. An image builder is a virtual machine that is used to create an image.
The initial state of the builder is PENDING
. When it is ready, the state is
RUNNING
.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginCreateImageBuilder and EndCreateImageBuilder.
