Deletes the specified stack. After the stack is deleted, the application streaming environment provided by the stack is no longer available to users. Also, any reservations made for application streaming sessions for the stack are released.

Note:

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDeleteStack and EndDeleteStack.

Parameters

request
Type: Amazon.AppStream.Model.DeleteStackRequest

Container for the necessary parameters to execute the DeleteStack service method.

cancellationToken
Type: System.Threading.CancellationToken

A cancellation token that can be used by other objects or threads to receive notice of cancellation.

Return Value


The response from the DeleteStack service method, as returned by AppStream.

Exceptions

ExceptionCondition
ConcurrentModificationException An API error occurred. Wait a few minutes and try again.
OperationNotPermittedException The attempted operation is not permitted.
ResourceInUseException The specified resource is in use.
ResourceNotFoundException The specified resource was not found.
