Creates a report plan. A report plan is a document that contains information about the contents of the report and where Backup will deliver it.
If you call CreateReportPlan with a plan that already exists, you receive an
AlreadyExistsException exception.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginCreateReportPlan and EndCreateReportPlan.
