Retrieves your account's CloudFormation limits, such as the maximum number of stacks that you can create in your account. For more information about account limits, see CloudFormation Quotas in the CloudFormation User Guide.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDescribeAccountLimits and EndDescribeAccountLimits.
