Creates a real-time log configuration.
After you create a real-time log configuration, you can attach it to one or more cache behaviors to send real-time log data to the specified Amazon Kinesis data stream.

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginCreateRealtimeLogConfig and EndCreateRealtimeLogConfig.
