Gets information about the access policies that control access to the domain's document
and search endpoints. By default, shows the configuration with any pending changes.
Set the Deployed
option to true
to show the active configuration and

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDescribeServiceAccessPolicies and EndDescribeServiceAccessPolicies.
