Removes one or more tags from the specified resource.

Note:

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginUntagResource and EndUntagResource.

Parameters

request
Type: Amazon.CloudWatch.Model.UntagResourceRequest

Container for the necessary parameters to execute the UntagResource service method.

cancellationToken
Type: System.Threading.CancellationToken

A cancellation token that can be used by other objects or threads to receive notice of cancellation.

Return Value


The response from the UntagResource service method, as returned by CloudWatch.

Exceptions

ExceptionCondition
ConcurrentModificationException More than one process tried to modify a resource at the same time.
InternalServiceException Request processing has failed due to some unknown error, exception, or failure.
InvalidParameterValueException The value of an input parameter is bad or out-of-range.
ResourceNotFoundException The named resource does not exist.
