Attempts to merge the source commit of a pull request into the specified destination branch for that pull request at the specified commit using the fast-forward merge strategy. If the merge is successful, it closes the pull request.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginMergePullRequestByFastForward and EndMergePullRequestByFastForward.
