Associates the specified subnets and transit gateway attachments with the specified transit gateway multicast domain.
The transit gateway attachment must be in the available state before you can add a resource. Use DescribeTransitGatewayAttachments to see the state of the attachment.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginAssociateTransitGatewayMulticastDomain and EndAssociateTransitGatewayMulticastDomain.
