Unlocks a snapshot that is locked in governance mode or that is locked in compliance mode but still in the cooling-off period. You can't unlock a snapshot that is locked in compliance mode after the cooling-off period has expired.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginUnlockSnapshot and EndUnlockSnapshot.
