Module: Aws::DynamoDBStreams

Defined in:
(unknown)

Overview

This module provides a client for making API requests to Amazon DynamoDB Streams.

Aws::DynamoDBStreams::Client

The Client class provides one-to-one mapping for each API operation.

dynamodbstreams = Aws::DynamoDBStreams::Client.new(region: 'us-east-1')
dynamodbstreams.operation_names
#=> [:describe_stream, :get_records, :get_shard_iterator, :list_streams, ...]

Each API operation method accepts a hash of request parameters and returns a response object.

resp = dynamodbstreams.describe_stream(params)

See Client for more information.

Aws::DynamoDBStreams::Errors

Errors returned from Amazon DynamoDB Streams are defined in the Errors module and extend Errors::ServiceError.

begin
  # do stuff
rescue Aws::DynamoDBStreams::Errors::ServiceError
  # rescues all errors returned by Amazon DynamoDB Streams
end

See Errors for more information.
