Overview
This module provides a client for making API requests to AWS Security Token Service.
Aws::STS::Client
The Client class provides one-to-one mapping for each API operation.
sts = Aws::STS::Client.new(region: 'us-east-1')
sts.operation_names
#=> [:assume_role, :assume_role_with_saml, :assume_role_with_web_identity, :decode_authorization_message, ...]
Each API operation method accepts a hash of request parameters and returns a response object.
resp = sts.assume_role(params)

Aws::STS::Errors
Errors returned from AWS Security Token Service are defined in the Errors module and extend Errors::ServiceError.
begin
# do stuff
rescue Aws::STS::Errors::ServiceError
# rescues all errors returned by AWS Security Token Service
end
