Amazon AWS Support and Other Resources

Amazon AWS offers a variety of support options, including one-on-one troubleshooting, AWS Trusted Advisor, a discussion forum, and the Service Health Dashboard.

Support Service Description
AWS Support AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed around the clock by experienced technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully use the products and features provided by Amazon AWS.
AWS Trusted Advisor AWS Trusted Advisor helps you provision your resources by following best practices. Trusted Advisor inspects your AWS environment and finds opportunities to save money, improve system performance and reliability, or help close security gaps.
AWS Forums The Amazon AWS Discussion Forums are a place to post questions and feedback about Amazon AWS. You can use the RSS feeds and e-mail watches to stay in tune with topics that interest you.
Service Health Dashboard Amazon AWS features a Service Health Dashboard (SHD) that provides access to current status and historical data about every Amazon AWS product. If there's a problem with a service, you'll be able to expand the appropriate line in the Details section and learn more. You can also subscribe to the RSS feed for any service. You can access the SHD at The SHD is available in both Chinese and English.
