Checks if an Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL DB cluster is configured to publish PostgreSQL logs to Amazon CloudWatch Logs. This rule is NON_COMPLIANT if the DB cluster is not configured to publish PostgreSQL logs to Amazon CloudWatch Logs.
