AL2027 Preview
AL2027 is currently available for preview. It is intended for evaluation and testing only and is not recommended for production workloads. We encourage preview users to migrate to the latest version of the AMI and to keep their systems updated. By default, AL2027 instances do not automatically receive any updates, including critical and important security updates.
Amazon Linux 2027 (AL2027) is the next generation of Amazon Linux from Amazon Web Services (Amazon). With AL2027, you can develop and run cloud and enterprise applications in a secure, stable, and high-performance runtime environment. AL2027 offers long-term support with access to the latest innovations in Linux. AL2027 is provided at no additional charge.
