DeleteDataset
Deletes a dataset. You can't delete a dataset if an associated
DatasetImportJob or SolutionVersion is in the
CREATE PENDING or IN PROGRESS state. For more information on datasets, see
CreateDataset.

The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the dataset to delete.
Type: String
Length Constraints: Maximum length of 256.

Response Elements
If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response with an empty HTTP body.
