To get help from SAP, SAP and Amazon requires a business support agreement on Amazon.
Amazon Business
Support provides resources and technical support for customers running SAP workloads
on Amazon. If you have any technical issues around Amazon, you can open up a case with SAP or
Amazon and it will be routed to the appropriate team. Amazon also offers Amazon Enterprise Support for customers
running mission critical production workloads on Amazon.
