This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the AvcIntraUhdSettings.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via AvcIntraUhdSettings.builder().

      When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to avcIntraUhdSettings(AvcIntraUhdSettings).
