compositePartitionKey
A non-empty list of partition keys defining the attributes used to partition the table data. The order of the list determines the partition hierarchy. The name and type of each partition key as well as the partition key order cannot be changed after the table is created. However, the enforcement level of each partition key can be changed.
- Parameters:
compositePartitionKey
- A non-empty list of partition keys defining the attributes used to partition the table data. The order of the list determines the partition hierarchy. The name and type of each partition key as well as the partition key order cannot be changed after the table is created. However, the enforcement level of each partition key can be changed.- Returns:
- Returns a reference to this object so that method calls can be chained together.

This is a convenience method that creates an instance of thePartitionKey.Builder
avoiding the need to create one manually viaPartitionKey.builder()
.When the
Consumer
completes,SdkBuilder.build()
is called immediately and its result is passed tocompositePartitionKey(List<PartitionKey>)
.- Parameters:
compositePartitionKey
- a consumer that will call methods onPartitionKey.Builder
- Returns:
- Returns a reference to this object so that method calls can be chained together.
