Describes a budget.

Method Signature

IMPORTING

Required arguments:

IV_ACCOUNTID TYPE /AWS1/BGTACCOUNTID /AWS1/BGTACCOUNTID

The accountId that is associated with the budget that you want a description of.

IV_BUDGETNAME TYPE /AWS1/BGTBUDGETNAME /AWS1/BGTBUDGETNAME

The name of the budget that you want a description of.
