About PutUserStatus¶
Changes the current status of a user or agent in Amazon Connect. If the agent is currently handling a contact, this sets the agent's next status.

Required arguments:¶
IV_USERID TYPE /AWS1/CNTUSERID /AWS1/CNTUSERID¶
The identifier of the user.
IV_INSTANCEID TYPE /AWS1/CNTINSTANCEID /AWS1/CNTINSTANCEID¶
The identifier of the Amazon Connect instance. You can find the instance ID in the Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the instance.
IV_AGENTSTATUSID TYPE /AWS1/CNTAGENTSTATUSID /AWS1/CNTAGENTSTATUSID¶
The identifier of the agent status.
